Bandai Namco Entertainment Europe made it known that the expansion for the "Naruto Shippūden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4," which is dubbed as "Naruto Shippūden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 Road to Boruto," will arrive in Europe for the PlayStation 4, PC (thru Steam), and Xbox One on February 3, 2017.

The Japanese version of the Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 Road to Boruto expansion will only be available for the PlayStation 4. The Road to Boruto expansion will be up for grabs in a physical release, a DLC expansion release, and a digital download release.

The physical and download release comes along with the full game of Naruto's Ultimate Ninja Storm 4, which includes all the previous three downloadable content (DLC) releases of the main game, and the Road to Boruto expansion, according to Anime News Network.

The DLC expansion release is meant for "Naruto" players who already own the original video game, and only hope for the content of the new expansion. But, "Naruto" gamers of all versions will be able to carry out their save files to the new expansion.

The DLC features Naruto's own son, Boruto, in his own adventure similar to what his father has traversed in the prior years. Adding up to other characters who will make an appearance in-game, the "Naruto Shippūden" expansion will also incorporate events that were present in the "Boruto: Naruto the Movie," iTech Post reported.

The expansion will allow gamers to play through the story of the Boruto manga, which includes demo fight of Sasuke vs. Kinshiki, based on the report of Yibada.

Also, the DLC releases include the first-print, limited edition downloadable soundtrack for the expansion game and the original game, which is downloadable from February 2 to March 1. The physical release of the expansion will be packed with a reversible box cover.
