How does it work?

The most awaited Pokemon GO Plus wristband is finally here, arriving in September this year. This is not just an ordinary wrist band as it comes with useful functions when it comes to playing the augmented reality game Pokemon GO. So, how does it work? According to Pokemon website, Pokemon GO Plus is a player's best companion wherever he goes. The wearable is connected to the smartphone device through Bluetooth and it will light up and vibrate once a player passed by a PokeStop.

In addition to its functions, the players can also collect new items by just pushing the button. If a Pokemon is spotted nearby, the device will light and vibrate, giving signals to the players to catch the Pokemon through pushing the button. Niantic said that the Pokemon GO Plus is a big help for players to handle the basics right from their wrist while enjoying their outdoor activities.

Release Date and Price

The Forbes reported that the premium accessory will be launch in "most countries" which basically means not in all country. In addition, Polygon also reported that the device will be released in few South American countries later this year. Pokemon GO Plus will be release in September 16 and can be purchased in the amount of $34.99.

Though the release of the premium accessory is quite late, the Forbes said that it will come as a big hit most especially to countries that are still in the climax of the game. And with the addition of new monsters, Pokemon GO Plus sales is expected to soar high.
