The American superhero film "Suicide Squad" dropped to mixed reviews, but made a killing comeback for its premiere weekend. With the cash coming in, it's pretty much given that a sequel for the film will be greenlit, in which it take its fans back to the world of the team of supervillains.

The "Suicide Squad' film has gone through a harsh rant and criticisms from fans and moviegoers in general. The condemnation was caused from too much fix up from the movie's scenes wherein the production took out most of Joker's appearances in the movie.

One reason behind the improvement was director David Ayer's choice of toning down the film rating. As a result, the fans who were anticipating most of the impressive lines and appearances of the supervillain Joker were devastated from the outcome, according to Sports Rageous.

However, part of the success of the film was the greatness of the Australian actress Margot Robbie who portrays Harley Quinn. Robbie's character clearly stands out, in spite of the fact that there are some that stated her treatment in the film is problematic. One who really appreciated the performance of the actress was Harley Quinn's co-creator Paul Dini, the mastermind behind some of the best Batman tales, Uproxx reported.

That being said, as "Suicide Squad" earned its number one streak in the Box Office, the film sequel might be created and the production will start soon. Speculations surfaced in which it detailed the reason behind the decision of making the super villains' sequel.

Rumor has it that the production's plan to reprise the same characters in another angle. The production might also include in the film's sequel another group of villains called The Secret Six, based on the report of Comic Book.

The Secret Six were a spinoff from the Suicide Squad, which was created by comic book writer Gail Simone. It has been claimed that in the sequel, the original members of the Squad will be mixed up together with the The Secret Six.
