If you think only humans (and some animals) can do selfie, you may probably change your mind after watching this video. A volcano was caught smiling when a camera filmed it.

This video may help start a day with positivity. On Monday, August 1, a helicopter tour company, Paradise Helicopters, filmed crater of Hawaii's Kilauea volcano during an eruption. As the team filming the area, they captured an image of the "smiling volcano."

After the helicopter company posted the video on Youtube, it quickly went viral. Many users took a screenshot of the "Smiling Volcano."

The Kilauea volcano on the Big Island (Hawaii is also known for this alias) has been erupting for 33 years, according to the United States Geological Survey. It rises 4,190 feet above sea level It is one of the most active in the world, BBC reported.

The 6.5 mile-long lava flow from Hawaii's Kilauea Volcano has been moving down since May, and it has attracted thousands of visitors, according to Daily Mail. This week, the lava reached the Pacific Ocean, and it created plumes as it reached the ocean.

There are about 2,000 people came to Hawaii to see the flow before it reaches the ocean on Monday, according to Keaka Hunter, a security guard patrolling the area. In previous days, about 1,000 people came to the area.

The U.S. Geological Survey warned the visitors about the safety risks. According to experts, there could be flying debris and acidic plume containing fine volcanic particles that could bring irritation to the eyes, skin, and lungs. The new land may also be unstable because as of the moment, it's built on unconsolidated lava fragments and sand.

A 16-year-old visitor from Canada, Derek Scott, was one of those visitors who went to Hawaii to see the view.

"It was nice with the wind, but it was still really hot, so it was a long walk for us," Scott said. He added it was really cool to see the lava flow.
