Even if the upcoming real-time strategy video game is dubbed as "Cossacks 3," but the game is really an HD remake of the original video game series, "Cossacks."

"Cossacks 3" will make a resounding blow of 10,000 soldiers at one time into various battles dragged from 17th and 18th century European history.

As "Cossacks 3" will round up that number of soldiers, the video game will also have a 12 nations, eight-player multiplayer, as well as 70 unit types and a five single-player campaigns, according to PC Gamer.

As a number of real-time strategy (RTS) was depressing around these days, but if gamers still enjoy the genre, the video gamers will be pleased to hear that GSC Gameworld will unleash "Cossacks 3" on September 20.

So, as the release date of the video game is just around the corner, "Cossacks 3" will be found on Steam.

GSC's press representative stated that the Steam page of "Cossacks 3" should be live any day now, along with additional details on the digital release, based on the report of Polygon.

The PR & Marketing Director of the GSC Game World stated that the Linux version release will be a bit later than for windows. The company also needs to ensure that all versions will work perfectly before giving the game to players, Gaming On Linux reported.

GSC Game World, the publisher and developer of the video game, claimed that the video game company still owns the rights to the STALKER series. And when the company is done with Cossacks, it will turn its attention to the game series - STALKER, according to Euro Gamer.

However, the last Cossacks game was unleashed all the way back in 2005, which made this franchise return 11 years in the making. And the video game is expected to have some distinct gameplay differences, PC Games N reported.
