One Plus X Goodbye Update: Champagne Version Nears Sold Out, Ceramic, Onyx Available; $400 One Plus 3 To Take Over Flagship Scene?
ByOne Plus X stocks are still available on hand, however, these will be the last to be available in the market. The model is soon to bid goodbye as the company CEO confirmed that stocks of the device will no longer be replenished. There is no hope for One Plus X2, as well.
The OnePlus X model will no longer be reproduced as the company executive, Pete Lau, claimed that they will be channeling their creative energy into One Plus 3, the said true flagship device, Android Authority reported. One Plus X limited stock will still be available in the next few months. The device comes with a beautiful, slim design, in a compact form.
OnePlus X was most recently priced at $199 in the United States. According to a report by Android Authority, only the Ceramic and Onyx color variants will make a comeback while the Champagne version is being sold out for good. The Ceramic and Onyx devices will also be sold at $199, the same amount as before the device went out of stock.
The OnePlus X OS Marshmallow, an android device upgrade, was also previously announced to be released in the first quarter of the year. However, according to some OnePlus X reviews, the company has been late in releasing the Marshmallow upgrade for its devices. No official release date of the OnePlus X update has been confirmed yet.
Meanwhile, OnePlus 3, the third generation device is said to be a flagship killer. It is now one of the hottest smartphone available in the market, Phone Arena reported. With hardware specs that are usually reserved for the best quality and first class segment of the market, One Plus 3 is priced at $400.
One Plus 3 is now on sale globally, but costs relatively higher than the OnePlus X price because of its specs. Watch to video for One Plus X review:
