NuAns Windows 10 Devices Update: $725K Pledge Almost Reached; Devices To Make Windows OS Popular?
ByWindows 10 devices by NuAns is designed to blend into the digital lives of smartphone daily users with style and comfort. NuAns already attracted 345 backers and has received almost $100,000 in pledges in its attempt to hit its goal of $725,000. There is still over a month to go for them to hit their target.
NuAns, after the release of Neo earlier this year, turns to Kickstarter to fuel up more funding for the said device. The company believes that this will fundamentally change the way people interact with smartphones, Neurogadget reported.
NuAns Windows 10 5-inch phone sets a standard 1280x720 HD resolution which gives its display, coated with anti-fingerprinting fluorine, a pixel density of 295 pixels per inch. It is being powered by a Continuum capable Snapdragon 617 processor. It has a 2GB RAM stock and 16GB of storage with a microSD card slot to expand that space.
Neo has a 13MP camera with a 28m wide angle lens on its backside and a 5mml selfie cam. It is stocked with sensors that include a gyro, accelerometer, proximity, geomagnetic, hall, and ambient light sensor. The company has previously said that they wanted their main focus to be on the appearance and texture of the device no matter what the device is.
Windows 10 OS was chosen for Neo because of the platform's Continuum feature which offers a uniformed experience across devices. The OS hides the seams between smartphone, tablet, and computer, iTech Post reported.
NuAns idea and campaign of a Windows 10 phone is veering against the current as users drift away from Windows mobile devices. However, the company believes they have designed a device that will change the user's view of the Windows OS system altogether.
Neo is available in Tennage, Clarino and Ultrasuede. All its hardware is enclosed in a burn resistant body material.
