'Kingdom Hearts 3' Latest News: March 2017 Availability Exclusive For Japan; "Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8" Pre-Req
By"Kingdom Heart 3" will become available on March 10, 2017. However, the release will not be a simultaneous worldwide event, Japan will have it first.
During the E3 week, Square Enix did not give out details about the "Kingdom Hearts 3." The game's developer and publisher only set their focus on "Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue." During an interview with Famitsu, however, the game director Tetsuya Nomura gave a few hints about fans can expect for the upcoming "Kingdom Hearts III."
The "Kingdom Heart 3" speculations in the past months were also put to stop as a specific release date was hinted by Square Enix through the "Kingdom Hearts Orchestra World Tour" schedule in 2017. According to the game publisher, the tour will happen in the next year on March 10 to June 24, PC Advisor reported.
If the "Kingdom Hearts 3" will push through with its launch before March 2017, but it will not be released worldwide, all at once. Tetsuya Nomura, game director, gave clues during the E3 that the "Kingdom Heart 3" will be released in Japan first. The Square Enix, in the middle of their plans to have a worldwide launch of "Final Fantasy XV" on Sept. 30, discussed the details about "Kingdom Heart 3" story behind.
While "Kingdom Hearts 3" fans are more interested in its third installment, Nomura made it certain that its chapter prologue will be as important and interesting as the sequel. Nomura also added that players will have to play "Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8" to be able to fully understand the series' third game, Hard-Core Gamer reported.
"Kingdom Hearts 3" will be explained in depth in December, but it is still unclear how and where Square Enix plans to do so. However, according to the game's followers, it is more likely that the game will be shown at the annual PlayStation Experience happening on December, as well.
"Kingdom Heart 3" will feature their original and Disney themed worlds. Tai Yasue, a co-director, made a sure statement that the upcoming game will not feature any "Final Fantasy" worlds.
