Israel's Minister of Internal Security, Gilad Erdan lashed out Facebook and he called it a "monster."

The order stated during a television interview that the social media company does not make efforts to ban and remove such abusive content from its website, Norcal News reported. The Israeli's minister added that a content in his comment being posted on Facebook is about Palestinians who carried out deadly attacks against Israelis, including murder of a 13-year-old girl who was sleeping in her settlement home in the West Bank last week.

Facebook should have reported the post uploaded on the social network by the murderer of the 13-year-old Israeli girl before he committed the crime to the authorities, so the girl could have saved, Erdan said.

Since October 2015, a total of 34 Israelis and two Americans died in Israel due to terror attacks, according to Express UK.

The minister accused the social media company for sabotaging the Israeli police as the company did not cooperate.

"When the Israeli police approach them, and it is regarding a resident of Judea and Samaria, Facebook does not cooperate," Erdan explained.

Israeli forces killed about 201 Palestinians, 137 of whom were reported were assailants, while others were killed during clashes and protests.

In response to the criticism from Israeli minister, a Facebook spokesperson told a news outlet that the social media was working with the Israeli authorities, trying to mend the issue by blocking violent comments.

This is not a first time that a social media has come under fire because of its potential to become a bridge of the terrorist to spread and promote violence. Earlier in the year, Twitter made some changes and becomes more strict when it comes to posting rules, and there were claims that almost 125,000 accounts were shut down because these are promoting terrorist acts, which were related to tethe Islamic State.
