BlackBerry will try to make a comeback by creating three new mobile phones.

The future of Blackberry is at stake. With the new generation of mobile phones emerges, some of the industries big names were unable to keep the pace up and eventually, they vanished from the competition. BlackBerry is a potential candidate to add up into that list after the market value of their renowned BlackBerry OS declined. To avoid similar fate, they are doing their best in finding ways to stay in the race. Concentrating on their three future android devices that is now rumored to be under development, serves as their last hope, Slashgear reported.

John Chen, CEO of the BlackBerry, plunged some hints recently about these three future android phones. It has been codenamed as Neon, Argon, and Mercury which will have a variety in terms of specifications, forms and pricing depending on its target market. They will be planning on releasing phones one per quarter in nine months span which will start on the third chunk of 2017.

According to sources, Neon will be the first of three to be unveiled on 2017. It will be a 5.2 with a 1080 resolution fully touchscreen. Neon will be boosted by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 617 chip and having an aluminum frame with soft-coated plastic back adds up some spice to the device. Neon also features it's impeccable 3GB RAM with a 16GB internal storage, 13MP rear camera and an 8MP front and a QuickCharge 2.0-supported battery having 2610 mAh capacity. BlackBerry Neon is set to be released by July or August, YIBADA reported.

After Neon, they will proceed upon releasing the other two remaining phones Argon and Mercury respectively. Argon's release will be projected on October 2017. It will feature its 5.5 inches Quad HR resolution screen which is bigger and better compared to Neon. Powered by Snapdragon 820 SoC from Qualcomm, having a 4GB RAM and 32GB internal, Argon is made specifically for the high-end market In terms of battery life, it will have a 3000mAh capacity supported by QuickCharge 3.0. Argon will also features its impressive 21MP back camera and an 8MP back. Adding up is the fingerprint reader and a USB type C connector.

The last phone to be welcomed is the very unique among the three. Unlike Neon and Argon, Mercury will have a physical QWERTY keyboard. Though just like BlackBerry Passport, its keyboard is not concealed. So, Blackberry Mercury is like a mix of Priv and Passport.
