Android 7.0 Nougat, which is Google's new operating system, is making headlines following the announcement from the company that the software will be unleashed anytime soon.

Once the highly anticipated operating system hits the market, smartphone manufacturers have already claimed that some of their gadgets will get the update.

The Chinese electronics company - Xiaomi, has already announced that some of their popular devices will get the update in 2017, based on the report of Christian Times.

The handsets of Xiaomi to get the Android 7.0 Nougat update are the "Redmi Note 3," "Mi4," "Mi5" as well as the Android smartphone "Mi Max." However, the electronics company has already introduced the Android Marshmallow OS to several of its handsets and now some more are going to take possession of the updates, according to Neurogadget.

However, as Google has recently released Android Nougat's fifth and final preview to its developers, the multinational technology company cleared it out that Android Nougat is in the final stage of beta testing.

It has been claimed that Google will launch the new OS soon after the release of the new security patch on August 5. But, there was no specific release date of Android 7.0 Nougat, according to The BitBag.

On the other hand, the multinational electronics company LG will officially announce the "V20" Android smartphone on September 6, and the company will start selling the smartphone soon after that.

A spokesperson of LG claimed that the Android smartphone will also be sold in Canada. And the company also confirmed that "V20" would be the world's first gadget to run Android 7.0 Nougat, Phone Arena reported.

LG did not release any of the smartphone's features, but in some regards, people can expect the device to be similar to the "V10," which includes having two displays.
