Missing University of Cincinnati Student: Police Do Not Suspect Foul Play, Asking for Help From the Public
ByBrogan Dulle, a 21-year-old education student at the University of Cincinnati (UC), has been missing since early Sunday morning.
According to Fox 19, Dulle had been out with two friends at the St. Clair bar before the group went to Mac's Pizza Pub. Dulle returned to his apartment around two in the morning Sunday before realizing he was missing his cell phone.
Investigators believe he went out to retrace his steps from the night to find it, but that is the point where he went missing.
"It doesn't seem like one of those things that happens to you, you hear about it on TV and now it's live," Libby Macveigh, Dulle's cousin, told Fox 19. "We've been watching him since he was born. He's a goofball, the silly guy. The one when as soon as you walk in the door you're already laughing and he hasn't even started talking yet."
BELOW: police have uploaded 42 minutes of surveillance footage that they hope will lead to information on Dulle's whereabouts.
His physical description from the "Help find Brogan Dulle" Facebook page:

Age: 21
Height: 6'0″
Weight: 145 lbs.

The Cincinnati Enquirer reported UC is offering a $10,000 reward for anyone who provides information leading to Dulle. President Santa Ono, UC's president, is personally offering $5,000 and the other half is coming from a school discretionary fund. The family is also offering $2,500 for information leading to Dulle's finding, which a restaurateur has added $7,500 to.
Cincinnati Police Lt. Col. James Whalen told ABC News the police have exhausted all their current leads, but are not ready to suspect foul play.
"We have no evidence of foul play at this point," Whalen said. "It's unusual that we don't get a phone call. Somebody saw something."
