Add Las Vegas sports books Bovada and Sportsbook to the list of people waiting for Andrew Wiggins to go first overall, but it might be wise to bet on Joel Embiid.

Of course, there is a third option for the Cleveland Cavaliers, who won the top lottery pick despite just a 1.7 percent chance. They could also trade the pick. Cavs general manager David Griffin told a local ESPN radio show he began receiving calls to talk about potential trade packages immediately after the announcement.

"I've said many times that I'd trade me if it made us better," he said on "The Really Big Show." "We're going to be open-minded to whatever it is that advances our cause the furthest."

But the two prominent Vegas books agree with ESPN's basketball expert Chad Ford, who has had Wiggins atop his big board since before the season started.

According to NBC Sports, Bovada gave Wiggins 4:5 odds of being the first pick overall, With Embiid at 7:5, Jabari Parker at 5:1 and the rest of the field at 15:1. Sportsbook made Wiggins an 11:10 favorite, with Embiid at 3:2 and Parker at 3:1.

However, sources recently told ESPN the Cavaliers are taking a good look at Embiid, a seven-foot center and Wiggins' teammate at Kansas. A native of Cameroon, Embiid's success was a major surprise and some even expected him to stay at Kansas another year to prove his freshman year was not a fluke.

He was a force offensively in the low post and was also a consistent rebounder and defender. What's more is there are very few players like him in this draft and no other seven-foot centers who compare.

The Cavs are also in need of a small forward, if Luol Deng leaves as a free agent like expected. Wiggins was classified as a swingman at Kansas, so his six-foot-eight frame gives him versatility as a small forward and shooting guard.

The sources said the Cavs will want to take a closer look at the back injury that plagued Embiid late this season, which he says is completely healed. As of right now, the sources said Embiid is at the top of the Cavs' draft board.
