Against all odds, Kentucky is returning more starters than it is losing to the NBA Draft, now that the Harrison twins have decided to stay for their sophomore season.

According to ESPN, guards Aaron and Andrew Harrison will join Willie Cauley-Stein, Alex Poythress, Mark Lee and Dakari Johnson in returning to Kentucky. The Wildcats will lose Julius Randle and James Young to the NBA, both of who figure to be first round picks.

"I'm coming back for a second season in large part because last year's title run was special, but we still have unfinished business," Aaron Harrison said in an announcement on the team's website.

"I'm returning for my sophomore season because I want to win a national title." Andrew Harrison said in the announcement.

The Harrison twins are both six-foot-six and weight around 215 pounds and could create a lethal combination of physical play if they improve on last season. With the offense running mostly through Randle and Young, Aaron 13.7 points per game and Andrew averaged 10.9 points per game.

"I'm excited about Aaron and Andrew's decision to return for next season," head coach John Calipari said in the announcement. "Their postseason play was a result of the improvement they made all season and displayed what they're capable of doing on the court. I look forward to having the opportunity to work with them during the summer and watch them lead next year's team."

Under Calipari, Kentucky has generated a reputation for producing highly talented "one-and-done" players.

"They wanted to stay in school,'' Aaron Harrison, the twins' father, told ESPN. "They wanted to explore their options and see what's out there. They probably made up their minds last week. All the information they got from the draft was that they were middle to late first round. They had to weigh going back to school and improving and maturing. All the things added up to that.''
