UConn vs Louisville LIVE Stream/Preview: Huskies and Cardinals Meet in the AAC Tournament Final
ByThe UConn Huskies (21) have not been able to solve the Louisville Cardinals (5) this year and now they will meet in the AAC Tournament Final.
Both teams had about as strong a finish as anyone in the country. UConn lost four of their last 18 and Louisville lost three of their last 18. However, the Cardinals won two of those games both at home and on the road against UConn.

This is the fourth straight conference title game for Rick Pitino and the Cardinals, who moved with UConn to the AAC from the Big East this season. Last year's tournament was part of 16 straight wins that resulted in the Cardinals hoisting the national championship trophy.
"The great thing about these guys is they play every team with great respect and that's why they haven't been upset this year because the teams they lost to are all good opponents and they play Houston as if they're UCLA," Pitino said of his AAC Finals opponents, according to ESPN. "They play Rutgers as if they're Kentucky."
The last time these two teams met in a conference final was the 2011 Big East Tournament. Kemba Walker led the Huskies to the conference tournament win that year and eventually to the national title. Now, Walker's apprentice Shabazz Napier is trying to do the same thing for UConn.
Napier is among a small group of seniors who watched Walker firsthand and who stuck around after the NCAA levied sanctions against the team.
"Oh, it feels great, but it started last year when we couldn't perform in a conference tournament or go to the NCAA tournament," coach Kevin Ollie said, according to ESPN. "Those guys still played for our great university, and they stayed loyal to the program."
UConn's embarrassing 81-48 loss to Louisville was only a week ago. The Cardinals are the only ranked team the Huskies have not beaten at least once.
