AMD Radeon Vega Frontier Edition's pre-order is now apparently open. The new workstation graphics cards are also available on selected physical outlets.

The two versions of AMD's Radeon Vega Frontier Edition resemble to each other. The only difference is the water block's addition to the more expensive Radeon Vega Frontier graphics card, Game Debate reported.

The AMD Radeon Vega Frontier Edition air-cooled version has a $1,200 price tag, while the liquid-cooled Radeon Vega Frontier costs $1,800 at SabrePC. The online retail company, Newegg, also has AMD's Radeon Vega Frontier Edition for pre-order, both the liquid-cooled and the air-cooled.

The AMD Radeon Vega Frontier Edition will come along with more or less the same specs than its predecessor, but the thermal design power (TDP) rating is not included. However, both Radeon Vega Frontier Edition cards offer best of the best.

The Radeon Vega Frontier Edition graphics cards are available with a 64 compute units, a 16GB of HBC RAM, a memory bandwidth of 483GB and a 4096 stream processors. AMD's Radeon Vega Frontier Edition graphics cards also promise a 26.2 TFLOPS of peak double-precision compute performance as well as a 13.1 TFLOPS of peak single-precision. Also, the graphics cards are available with a separate HDMI port and three DisplayPort 1.4 HBR3.

The final focus clock speed of Radeon Vega Frontier Edition graphics cards was not revealed. But, the hardware details and teraflops performance of AMD's Radeon Vega Frontier Edition will likely peak around 1,600MHz, Extreme Tech reported.

Both versions of AMD's Radeon Vega Frontier Edition are slated to roll out on June 27. The graphics cards will carry a huge price premium and are considered to be a workstation GPUs rather than aimed at gamers. Meanwhile, AMD made it known that its dedicated RX Vega cards will be faster in the gaming universe, and will be up for grabs at a much cheaper price.
