It appears Apple's new all-in-one desktop computer will be a beast of a machine. The tech company is said to launch the iMac Pro 2017 this December.

The Cupertino based tech titan claimed that its iMac Pro 2017 model is the most powerful Mac ever. The iMac Pro 2017 will arrive with a 22 teraflops of graphics processing unit (GPU) performance and an 18-core Xeon processors, which guarantees a top-quality professional-grade device, Trusted Reviews reported.

Apple's new iMac Pro 2017 boasts a 27-inch Retina 5K display, which makes the machine a perfect companion for virtual reality content creation, real-time 3D rendering and advanced graphics editing. The upcoming desktop computer will also arrive in a delightful Space Gray enclosure.

Apple's VP of Hardware Engineering John Ternus, stated that they are thrilled that developers and customers already had a sneak peek at the iMac Pro. Ternus also made it known that the iMac Pro 2017 will be the tech company's fastest and most powerful Mac ever.

The new iMac Pro will be a high-end all-in-one computer that combines the tech company's sleek design with workstation-class performance. The iMac Pro 2017 variant may help the tech company to revive its relationship with professional-level users.

Apple claimed that the iMac Pro will be available with a new dual centrifugal fan setup, which has more airflow compared to other Mac products. The upcoming Apple machine includes four Thunderbolt 3 ports to connect two 5K displays and two high-performance RAID arrays at the same time.

In terms of the price of the iMac Pro 2017, the base configuration of the device will cost $4,999, a $3,600 for the 4TB SSD upgrade and the 18-Core upgrade iMac Pro will have a $4,000 price tag. But, the top end model of the iMac Pro is estimated to be somewhere around $17,299, 9To5 Mac reported.
