Since it is Golden Week in Japan, Sony Interactive Entertainment has announced that there will be a new sale on the PlayStation Store. There is also the May the Fourth Sale, which honors the beloved "Star Wars" saga.

PlayStation Store Golden Week Sale Sells Japanese Games

Japan is celebrating its long holiday called Golden Week this whole week, which in turn made Sony celebrate it as well with a big sale. Several different Japanese and anime games are now on sale on the North American PSN store like "NieR: Automata" for only $44.99, and "Final Fantasy XV" with a price tag of $41.99. Several PlayStation 4 triple A games had big discounts as well, which could save a lot of cash for the PlayStation fans, according to the official website of the PlayStation Store.

The PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita also had some discounted game that saves gamers up to 80 percent. PSOne Classics were discounted as well like the iconic "Suikoden II," "Mega Man 8," and many more.

PlayStation Store May The Fourth Sale Sells "Star Wars" Games

In the May the Fourth Sale of the PlayStation Store sale, several "Star Wars" games are on sale, which included iconic and classic ones. Some of these PS4 games are "Star Wars Battlefront," and "LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens." PS3 and PS Vita "Star Wars" games were discounted as well, even the pinball games, Dual Shockers reported.

PlayStation Plus Members Get Better Discounts

While the default PlayStation Store sale discounts are great already, the PlayStation Plus members get better ones. For those who are members, they can save up to 60 percent in the May the Fourth Sale, while in the Golden Week Sale, they get up to 80 percent. The May the Fourth Sale ends on May 8, while the Golden Week Sale ends on May 9.

PlayStation Store Gets "Darksiders" Games In Low Price

To commemorate the reveal of "Darksiders 3," the PlayStation Store currently has the "Darksiders Warmastered Edition," and "Darksiders II Deathinitive Edition" bundle for a low price. Fans and interested buyers can purchase them both for only $20 for a limited time. After the deal, the bundle will be priced at $40, which is why it is advised to purchase the games right away, Gamespot reported.
