After the successful launch of "Persona 5," fans of the game series are still hungry for more, and they might just get it soon. Atlus registered several new domain names recently, which could lead to spinoff games of the latest one.

New Domains Revealed Might Be Related To "Persona 5"

Atlus has recently registered several new domain names, which has led some fans speculating about what it could mean for the "Persona 5" franchise. The new domain names had acronyms that could be related to several spin-offs for the latest video game of the game company, Polygon reported.

The one who took out the domain names was a Japanese marketing firm called the ryusoffice Corp. These domain names were P5D.jp, P5U.jp, P5AG.jp, and P5R.jp. These are also joined by other domain names like the Persona-Dance.jp, and PQ2.jp. In April 4, there were three domain names that were registered too, which were Persona8.jp, Persona9.jp, and Persona 10.jp, Gematsu reported.

"Persona" Game Franchise Fans Discuss Possible Game Titles

Several fans of "Persona 5" and the other games from the franchise are already talking about what these domain names really mean. One of the spin-offs, "Persona 4 Arena," was a video game that was based on "Persona 4" and it has an acronym of P4U in Japan. Game director Kazuhisa Wada also expressed his interest in making an Arena game based on the latest game title of the franchise during an event last year.

"Persona 5"Could Have Gotten A Better Translation

In other "Persona 5" related news, the game's launching was a great success since it was a long awaited by its fans, but it had its issues particularly in its translation. One Japanese translator revealed that the English script of the game felt like a rough draft for her. Some of the fans have also complained that some lines have stilted phrasing and other rookie mistakes, Polygon reported in another post.
