Japanese manufacturer Keys Factory will be releasing several "Splatoon 2" themed accessories for the Nintendo Switch. These accessories will customize the new console, and make it look cool and unique for their fans.

The different "Splatoon 2" themed accessories will customize several components of the console system. These will include Joy-con covers in both soft-touch silicon and hard-feel plastic, and the flip-down screen covers. The flip-down screen covers look similar to the ones that can be seen on tablets and smartphones, Nintendo Life reported.

The covers will have slots at the top of the Nintendo Switch vents, game card slot, volume, and the power buttons, which will convenient for the fans. The accessories set will also come with neoprene pouches with "Splatoon 2" design. These items will be released at the same time as the video game in Japan, Go Nintendo reported.

"Splatoon 2" New Gear Customization Revealed

When "Splatoon 2" finally comes to the Nintendo Switch this summer, it will bring some new gear and abilities for players to customize their characters with. The new gear will not only make the Inkling characters look good, it will also give them some boosts in the game, according to the official website of Nintendo.

Gears will come in three types namely headgear, clothing, and footwear. Players will be able to purchase gear at the shops in Inkopolis Square.

Each piece of gear will come with abilities that will provide boosts during battle. If players will use a gear repeatedly in battle, it will also increase the number of abilities it has. The new gear sets also have new abilities compared to the previous game.

"Splatoon 2" Gear Customization Handled By New Character

Nintendo also revealed that the gear can be customized by a new character called Murch. He can customize the stats of the gear, add abilities, or return it to its original state. Players can use the young boy's services as many times they want so that they can add more abilities or remove them for future use.
