The Cincinnati Bearcats (7) have been on a winning streak unlike any they have had in a long time and will be tested Thursday night when the Connecticut Huskies (22) visit.

UConn has fought its way back into the AP top 25 with six wins in their last seven games, but Cincinnati is a perfect 10-0 in AAC play. While UConn's only blemish in the last month has been a loss to Louisville, Cincinnati is coming off a win against the AAC rival and defending national champs.

Cincinnati is 15-0 at home this year and has gotten outstanding offensive play from guard Sean Kilpatrick, who has averaged 19 points per game this year and 25 over his last three. Fellow senior, forward Justin Jackson, leads the team with seven rebounds per game and three blocks per game.

"[Kilpatrick] is going to be - knock on wood - the second guy in the history of this program to score over 2,000 points," Cincinnati coach Mick Cronin told reporters, according to ESPN. "He's maybe the most underrated great player who has ever played here."

Kilpatrick trails only Oscar Robertson and Steve Logan on the team's all-time scoring list.

For UConn, Shabazz Napier and Ryan Boatright will be important to get going on the offensive end. With 18 points per game, Napier leads UConn in scoring, as well as rebounds, assists and steals.

"Rebounding, defense - everything is trending in the right way," UConn coach Kevin Ollie said. "Now, we've got to keep it up."

The Huskies are averaging 85 points a game over their last six, but the Bearcats defense this year has lead the league with 56 points allowed per game. Napier and Boatright have played well against Cincinnati in the past and will need to do so Thursday night if they want to pull of the upset on the road.
