Kansas vs Baylor Preview/LIVE Stream: Jayhawks Try to Recover from Texas Loss Against Bears
ByThe Kansas Jayhawks (8) will look to finish their two-game Texas stretch with a win visiting the Baylor Bears Tuesday night.
The Longhorns snapped Kansas' seven-game winning streak and gave them their first Big 12 loss. Baylor, who started out winning 12 of 13, will try to snap out of a much more serious funk, having lost six of eight since conference play began.

On Jan. 20, Baylor was ranked 24th in the nation when they lost to Kansas 78-68. For Kansas, Andrew Wiggins, Joel Embiid and Perry Ellis all scored double-digit points and combined for 16 rebounds.
Before losing to Texas, Kansas was arguably the hottest team in college basketball, having lost once since mid-Dec. Kansas coach Bill Self said the team can bounce back from one loss.
"We can come down here and play well and lose, that's our league and that's every time you play," Self told reporters, according to ESPN. "We didn't give ourselves the best chance and certainly Texas had a ton to do with that."
Kansas is about as young as they are talented, which can be described in a word as "very." With that inexperience comes games like Saturday, when Wiggins, who was averaging 24 points in three games, scored seven points on 2-12 shooting from the field.
Baylor will try to win back-to-back games against a ranked opponent. Baylor's win against Oklahoma State Saturday snapped a five-game losing streak.
"Now we're on a one-game winning streak," said Brady Heslip, who is coming off a 20-point performance against Oklahoma State. "So, we're just thinking about the next game now."
Kansas surged in conference play thanks to more consistency from Wiggins, an unexpected surprise from Embiid as a low-post force on both ends and better shooting efficiency. The Jayhawks rank fourth in the country with .504 field goal percentage, likely due to Wiggins and Embiid aggressively attacking the basket.
