Ghosn is the founder of Levo, which is a professional network for millennials. The 30-year-old lives in San Francisco. She went to Stanford University and finished International Political Economy.

When asked about Levo, Ghosn said they arm their members with the tools to develop talent, build connections with peers, mentors, and jobs. She described Levo as a career co-pilot, which aims to create a life that their clients are passionate about and democratize the vision of success.

Ghosn started Levo in 2011 when she was 24-years-old. She said the mission and vision of the company came from her personal experience. She was the first woman her family to complete college.

During her first job out of college she realized there was a lack of resources for young professionals. Today, Levo is a dedication resource for people who need help in navigating their careers and building a life they are passionate about.

When Teen Vogue asked her about the best career advice she can give, Ghosn said the biggest misnomer about successful careers are that they are a place. She added that having a cool job title doesn't count and that successful careers are a feeling, where being successful is about understanding yourself as well as you can and aligning the work you do in the world every single day.

For those who want to start their own business, Ghosn said that one should not be afraid to ask questions and always surround themselves with people who push them to do better. Having a personal network is one of the greatest assets.

Ghosn also supports female entrepreneurs on every level. She said the company they are building is focused on elevationg an entire generation of conscious leaders.
