Game publisher Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and developer NetherRealm Studios have recently revealed the latest gameplay trailer for "Injustice 2" on its official website. It focused on "The Flash" and his new super move that could bend time.

"Injustice 2" Latest Gameplay Trailer Focuses On "The Flash"

The latest gameplay trailer for "Injustice 2," which can be viewed down below, focused more on Barry Allen, which is also known as The Flash. It revealed most of the moves that players can use in a fight, and the different combos they can also use and make variations from, VG247 reported.

The gameplay trailer also showed The Flash's super move that all characters in the "Injustice 2" have as a last resort. The super move included several jabs on the enemy and time traveling that caused it to have two versions crash into each other as a finishing move.

"Injustice 2" The Flash's Overview

NetherRealm Studios also revealed the overview of The Flash, and his reason for coming back as a hero. He was known as the fastest man alive, but he hung up his boots in public shame after he defected from the Regime, which happened in "Injustice: Gods Among Us." He came back again as a hero after a new enemy threatens the innocent, and he is also determined to redeem himself, according to the official website of "Injustice 2."

"Injustice 2" Prequel Comic Reveals Superman Blaming Batman

In other "Injustice 2" related news, writer Tom Taylor revealed a new comic book series for the video game. It tells the story in between the first game, "Injustice: Gods Among Us," and leads it into the sequel. This comic series will be a digital-first one that will release its weekly chapters online every Tuesday, which will start on April 11, and will be released in print each month, IGN reported.

The "Injustice 2" comic series will fill up the five-year gap between the two games. This will pick up with Batman talking to the imprisoned evil Superman after his defeat. Taylor revealed that both of them are blaming each other for what has happened.
