Nonetheless, there's a possibility that the Japanese tech giant is already making the necessary preparations to unveil its upcoming gaming system. The PS5 is said to make its debut at the upcoming Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3 2017) event.

Game enthusiasts are expecting the PS5 will be making its debut at the E3 2017 event, which will transpire at the L.A. Convention Center this June. Although various reports about Sony's upcoming gaming system have already mounted up on the internet, some reports are claiming that the PlayStation 5 will be arriving with impressive features and specs.

The PS5 is expected to be available with a virtual reality (VR) support, considering the success of the PlayStation 4 in delivering VR experiences. The PlayStation 5 is said to come in two variants, with each model will be up for grabs with different specs. The next-generation PlayStation gaming console is anticipated to come along with a photorealistic graphics, TNH Online reported.

Gaming fans are expecting the PlayStation 5 to offer a native 4K support and will be powered by AMD chips. PS5 is said to be more powerful compared to Microsoft's Xbox Project Scorpio. Tech analyst Damian Thong made it known that the PlayStation 5 will boast a 10+ teraflop of graphics processing unit (GPU), making the PS5 significantly more powerful than the Xbox Project Scorpio which will have 6 teraflops of graphics processing unit, Learn Bonds reported.

The tech titan could address some of the necessary problems that occur in the PlayStation 4 Pro. The performance of the PlayStation 5 might also be boosted which includes providing a higher bandwidth. Furthermore, the PlayStation 5 is said to launch with the upcoming action-adventure video game, "Grand Theft Auto 6." The PS5 is expected to roll out in 2019.
