Niantic has been actively hosting a special "Pokemon Go" events that have been related to the real world holidays such as, Christmas, New Year's Day and Valentine's Day. After the game's recently concluded Water Festival event, "Pokemon Go" players are now looking forward to the video game company's plans, such as the "Pokemon Go" Easter Event.

Several reports are claiming that the developers of "Pokemon Go" are possibly contemplating about the contents of the upcoming special event for the location-based augmented reality game. "Pokemon Go" fans are anticipating the set of temporary bonuses that the studio will incorporate in the next festival, according to Slash Gear.

It has been said that the American software development company might add a number of in-game bonuses to entice the "Pokemon Go" gamers to participate in the game's forthcoming event. The expected in-demand bonuses are the half-distance Pokemon Buddy Candy bonuses, half-distance eggs bonuses, and the double-XP.

The highly anticipated "Pokemon Go" Easter event is also said to introduce a brand-new creature that will encourage gamers to join the search. The "Pokemon Go" Easter event might also increase the spawn rates, just like what the players experienced at the Water Festival event.

Moreover, the "Pokemon Go" Easter event could possibly bring in special items and new pocket monsters into the mix. As the season corresponds with Easter eggs, "Pokemon Go" could be in for something special. Players were suggesting specially designed eggs. There's also a possibility of a limited time for the uniquely designed eggs, Blasting News reported.

That being said, while most "Pokemon Go" players are still busy collecting Gen 2 update's 80 new Pokemon creatures, some players are closely monitoring Niantic's announcement about the upcoming event. Nonetheless, the video game company has not pitched in any details about the possibility of a "Pokemon Go" Easter Event.
