Funcom has already released Update 22 for the upcoming open world survival title "Conan Exiles." The Update 22 has introduced a new dyeing system, new armor, eight new weapons, rebalanced feat requirements, animated thralls and more. This week, Funcom has launched another burst of an upgrade to the Barbarian-themed survival game, but this time it's all about destructive weapon and death.

According to PC Invasion, the Norway-based game developer has just released Update 23, bringing some brand new kind of siege warfare on board. This week's update also introduces the much-anticipated Trebuchet siege weapon, which said to allow Conan players to breach enemy walls and turn their enemy grounds into a wasteland.

For those who still new about the ancient siege weapon, the Trebuchet is a type of historical weapon that has been used to smash castles and breach walls. This popular siege weapon has been frequently used during the Middle Ages. And today, this famous siege weapon is making a comeback to one the most popular survival game today, "Conan Exiles." The famous ancient siege warfare tool can be crafted in the game to aid PvP warfare in the survival action game, "Conan Exiles," the PC Invasion reported.

Unfortunately, the game's Trebuchet siege weapons are not exactly that flexible so Conan players will have to carry them around and manually turn them to get on their target. Players will need to set up the weapon correctly to be able to hit its target precisely.

Additionally, Conan players can also add or remove rocks and ballasts to add more weight to the projectile. And if the players want more destructive force and breach the walls quickly, then it can add the dreaded Demon-fire to create the deadly chain reaction, setting everything on fire and turning the place into a wasteland. However, Conan players will need to come out with some good configuration to be able to find the perfect range for where the deadly projectiles will rain down the destruction and death.

In addition to the new siege weapon, Funcom is also beefing up its bugs-hunting program, adding some kind of cash-vehicle system for reporting bugs and exploits in the Early Access open world survival game, "Conan Exiles." According to PC Gamers, the studio is reportedly willing to pay Conan players, who can find exploits, up to $500 (payment via Paypal) in hard cash.
