Playing on the road has arguably been the only blemish this season for the Kentucky Wildcats (11) as they will visit the LSU Tigers Tuesday night.

At home, Kentucky is 13-0; against SEC opponents, the team is 5-1; but on the road, they are 1-2 with losses coming against UNC and Arkansas. LSU is 8-2 at home and 3-3 against the SEC, but figures to still be a road test for the Wildcats.

"We have to have that on offense and defense because you're on the road now," said Kentuck coach John Calipari, according to the Associated Press. "You're not getting calls, you don't have the fans behind you and you can't make seven critical breakdowns" as they had at Arkansas."

After LSU, Kentucky will play Missouri on the road. Both wins could do a lot to help the Wildcats climb further up the top-25 rankings.

"We're zoning in on that a little bit, it may take us time," said Calipari. "The good news for these two games coming up is that we'll know where we are."

Standout freshman forward Julius Randle is a big reason why Kentucky is so close to the top-10 in the AP rankings. He is averaging 16 points and 10 rebounds per game, both lead the team, and is shooting 54 percent from the field and 73 percent from the free throw line.

LSU will try to answer Randle with their own offensive threat, junior forward Johnny O'Bryant III. He matches Randle's height at six-foot-nine and is averaging 14 points per game on 51 percent shooting and seven rebounds a game.

"Last year, they were not as good as they had been," said O'Bryant, according to the AP. "This year, they are young. But, they are getting better every game. They are loaded with talent."

For LSU to win, O'Bryant's play will be important, especially since Kentucky's seven-foot sophomore center Willie Cauley-Stein.

"For any school, playing Kentucky is a big deal," said O'Bryant. "I am just trying to stay focused and play hard against them."
