The Duke Blue Devils (18) are likely favorites to go on the road and beat the Miami Hurricanes Wednesday night, but it may not be so simple for Coach K's team.

In Duke's first 13 games, they had only lost twice, to Kansas (ranked fifth at the time) and Arizona (ranked fourth at the time). After that, Duke hit a mid-season snag where they lost to Notre Dame and Clemson, dropping all the way to 23rd the AP rankings.

Now Duke coach Mike Krzyzewski is confident his leading scorer will get back to attacking the basket instead of relying on perimeter shooting. Jabari Parker may be averaging a .409 three-point percentage, but his struggles are likely due to a tendency to not drive to the rim and draw contact.

"I thought Jabari was attacking instead of just shooting jump shots," Krzyzewski said of Parker's 23-point performance against NC State, according to ESPN. "Changing habits is not easy, especially when you were so successful with other habits. It's just a process."

So far this season, Duke has only stumbled against ranked opponents and ACC foes, with two losses against each.

Miami may not be able to match Duke's offensive firepower, but the Hurricane's are allowing 58 points per game on average, 10 points lower than Duke's defense. Miami coach Jim Larranaga said his team understands the challenge ahead of them, but ultimately is not afraid of Duke.

"Everybody knows that Duke is a major challenge for us," Larranaga told reports, according to ESPN. "They have a player who the NBA scouts are drooling over and he's just a freshman. They have a lot of things going for them.

"It's not like we're intimidated or in awe of anybody. These kids have faced major challenges before."

Even in their four losses, Duke has managed to put up as many or more points than Miami gives up on average, so the Hurricanes are going to need to step up in all aspects of the game.
