Apple Inc. has yet to pitch in the official details of the much awaited iPad Mini 5. Nonetheless, tech fans have already shared their own predictions on what to expect once the iPad Mini 5 comes out in the open.

Recently surfaced reports claim that the upcoming iPad Mini 5 will be unveiled during Apple's April 4 event, which is said to transpire at the Steve Jobs Theater in Apple Park. Tech fans and experts are speculating that Apple CEO Tim Cook will announce the highly anticipated iPad Mini 5 during the event. Although some rumors are claiming that the Cupertino based tech giant will rebrand the iPad Mini line into iPad Pro Mini, but the tech company has yet to provide an official statement regarding the matter. Nevertheless, the Apple iPad Mini 5 is said to come along with four speakers, a quad microphone and a True Tone display technology, according to Mac World.

There are also some rumors mounted up on the internet saying that the tech titan will introduce a Rose Gold color option for the next-gen iPad Mini, according to PC Advisor. The iPad Mini 5 is also expected to sport killer features such as iTouch ID fingerprint scanner, 3D Touch, Smart Connector, water-resistant and an Apple Pencil. The upcoming Apple device is also expected to include a 12MP primary snapper with iSight and True Tone flash.

Furthermore, Apple device fans who are patiently waiting for the comeback of the iPad Mini believe that the forthcoming iPad Mini 5 will be thinner compared to the previous device. The iPad Mini 5 is speculated to be a 5 mm thick, which is 1.1 mm thinner compared to the iPad Mini 4.

That being the case, tech fans are still waiting for the Cupertino based tech company to provide an official statement regarding the iPad Mini 5's rumors and speculations. In spite of that, tech enthusiasts have reason to believe that aside from the much-awaited iPhone 8, Apple has something big to release this year.
