Apple is prepping to roll out 3 iPhone variants in 2017. Two of these Apple's Android smartphones will be the iPhone 7s and iPhone 7s Plus, and the third device is the tech giant's star of the year, the iPhone 8.

The Cupertino based tech company plans to unleash the iPhone 7s and iPhone 7s Plus with highly upgraded camera features as well as hardware update. The iPhone 8, which will be Apple's star of the year, will also have the said feature and update. Nonetheless, it has been said that the iPhone 8 will also come along with an edge-less display and a better battery life. The display of the iPhone 8 will boast the latest OLED technology and the display is anticipated to be a 5.8-inch in size, according to BGR.

The iPhone 7s and iPhone 7s Plus will be packed with liquid crystal displays, Nikkei reported. While the iPhone 8 will have an organic light emitting diode display. As the screen size of the upcoming iPhones are increasing to cater smartphone enthusiasts who demanded for huge handsets, the tech giant is also said to increase the prices for these upcoming devices.

Nonetheless, the internal specs of the upcoming iPhone 7s, iPhone 7s Plus and iPhone 8 remain fairly standard. The iPhone 8 is said to come along with a new A11 processor. After the iPhone 7 Plus rolled out with a 3GB of RAM, there's a possibility that one or more of the iPhone 8 variants may also pack a 3GB of RAM. In spite of that, the tech giant might ditch the 32GB internal storage option to pave way for the 64GB model.

Furthermore, the Cupertino based tech giant might dubbed the 2017 iPhone 8 as the iPhone Edition, according to Mac Otakara. The moniker would reportedly indicate that the handset is a higher end model, just like how the tech company named the Apple Watch Edition.
