While Arizona (1) and Syracuse (2) have been mainstays atop the AP rankings, Wisconsin (3) is breathing down their necks at 16-0, as they take on Indiana.

Wisconsin is already enjoying their best start in school history, but the Badgers will visit Assembly Hall Tuesday night to try and extend their 12-game winning streak against the Hoosiers.

No team has ever beaten Indiana 13 times in a row, but Wisconsin coach Bo Ryan is not using that to motivate his team.

"I know the thing about the target," Ryan told reporters, according to ESPN. "I understand all that. Just look around the country. It's conference time. Anything can happen. Our guys know it."

Wisconsin will also look to win its fourth Big Ten game of the year, whereas Indiana has struggled against conference rivals, at 1-2. Wisconsin has allowed an average of 61.1 points per game, but has held their last four opponents to a combined 34.4 field goal shooting percentage.

"I didn't know the numbers, the players certainly never hear it from us," Ryan said. "I just don't dwell on that kind of domain. We just prepare for the next opponent, and we don't say - I don't try to get my guys ready to play somebody by using anything other than the facts, the stats, here it is. Here's what we've got to do. This guy likes to do this for them. This guy likes to do that. Here's what we have to do better."

Indiana is one of the best rebounding teams in the country and also has a highly capable offense, scoring an average of 80.2 points per game, while also shooting for a respectable .458 field goal percentage. Indiana is 2-2 in their last four games, but have averaged 13 assists over that stretch, a sign coach Tom Crean is glad to see.

"I'm proud of the way we responded to the adversity of the game," Crean told reporters, according to ESPN. "We grew up. We played with real confidence. We're going to build on it."

Indiana is going to have to keep up that confidence and play up to their offensive potential if they want to beat a red-hot Wisconsin defense.
