Xiaomi Mi 6 To Feature Same Specs As Sony Xperia XZ Premium; Rumors and Release Date, Here Are The Details [VIDEO]

According to Gadgets 360, Xiaomi Mi 6 is allegedly on its way to compete with other recently launched smartphones. The firm's new mobile unit is said to come with same features like Sony's Xperia XZ Premium.
A so-called source reveals the possibility that Mi 6 camera will be similar to Xperia XZ Premium. It is a known fact that the latter mobile has a 19-megapixel rear camera. It also comes with a Motion Eye system which gives the unit 5x faster image scanning feature and data transfer.
Other than that, there have been claims that Mi 6 will be the first Chinese phone to have Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 SoC. This said feature is the successor of Adreno 530.
Adding on, aside from the dual-camera, the phone is also expected to come with a 128gb of built-in storage and a 4gb of RAM. It will also have a fast charging support via Qualcomm's Quick Charging 4.0. As for the battery, it has a 4000mAh and is said to have a 5.2 inch LCD display with 2.5D glass.
On the other hand, Trusted Reviews noted that Mi 6 was supposed to release last month, February, which did not happen at all. It also skipped Mobile World Congress 2017 (MWC). the reason behind this is still unknown, however, some Xiaomi fans think that maybe the firm has been dedicating their time to improving Mi 5's successor.
Based on other reports, Mi 5 failed to charm large numbers of consumers. One of the reasons stated by the aforementioned source is its expensive price. Not to mention, the same site pointed out that Xiaomi did not launch the 4gb variant in India. Now, the company is more focused on giving the phone lovers another worth buying mobile unit.
As for its release, Xiaomi Mi 6 was supposed to have its launch last February which, obviously, did not happen at all. However, the good news is, the is reportedly slated for an April 16 release. The possible retail price could be around $362 (CNY 2,499).
