Nokia 3310 makes a comeback bringing with it the iconic "Snake" game that drove everyone crazy before smartphones existed. The rumors are finally set straight and the anticipation high as ever now that the indestructible Nokia 3310 is back in the game.

"Snake" Game Returns With Nokia 3310

Nokia 3310 is the biggest event at the Mobile World Congress. HMD Global, the people behind the new Nokia 3310, brought back a classic that analysts are positive about. According to Ben Wood from CCs Insight, a segment of the market just wants a phone that is basic, The Guardian reported.

The new Nokia 3310 is built to be more durable than ever. According to the Chief Product Officer from HMD Global, Juho Sarvikas, they wanted to reward loyal Nokia fans with a phone that bears a statement of heritage and mixes a modern design and innovation. Sarvikas said they just want to bring back the ultimate Nokia experience.

Other 3310 Games Also Make A Comeback?

The Nokia 3310 certainly looks more modern. It's not as bulky as the old one because it is thinner by half. It also has a larger screen and comes in four colors, which are glossy yellow and warm red, and matte finish dark blue and grey.

It will also have better readability outdoors with its 2.4" polarized curved display. The battery is designed to last for at least a month in standby mode. That will give the users longer hours to talk all day.

The 1990's game "Snake" is now colored. The used to be black and white, dot-matrix game now has different colors, which means it's going to give a more fun experience and will basically be as addictive as its 1997 predecessor. It will also be available through the Messenger app, Gadgets 360 reported.

There are no information regarding the comeback or reboot of other Nokia 3310 classic games. Space Defence and Bantumi were among the games that made Nokia 3310 a fun handset.
