Custom Built FIFA 18 for Nintendo Switch
In a recent FIFA event in Paris, Moore told reporters that they are developing a custom-built FIFA version for the upcoming Nintendo Switch, which will be released on 3 March, 2017, Game Reactor reported. He officially confirmed the game's title, which is "FIFA 18." This gives light to the nature of the game as the developers only refer to it as "EA Sports FIFA on Nintendo Switch" since it was announced last month.

Moore also said that "FIFA 18" will be released later this year. It could be expected to have a release schedule somewhere during the Ber months, particularly on September, when the franchise is usually released, Polygon reported. It will be created by EA's Vancouver in-house office, which is the home of the franchise, Moore said.
Fans can only wait for an official showcase of "FIFA 18" for Switch from EA to know it compares to its predecessors. There are no official statements from EA if the FIFA Switch version will run on its last-generation technology. EA also hasn't said anything about other sports games being released for Switch except for FIFA.
EA will wait for the launch of Switch to know how they will approach the launch of "FIFA 18" as hinted by EA worldwide studios executive vice president Partick Söderlund. FIFA and Madden worked together to release a FIFA version for Wii U, but EA didn't launch another sports game on the console since it didn't get the players it expected, according to CEO Andrew Wilson. Moore didn't even confirm if they were to launch a Nintendo Switch version of "Mass Effect: Andromeda."
