It took many months before hackers come off with an iOS 10 jailbreak tool just because Apple's newest OS has stronger security features. Luca Todesco has managed to release an iOS 10.2 jailbreak tool for several Apple devices except for iPhone 7. Is it possible that Pangu is likely to release a more stable jailbreak tool soon for iPhone 7? Read more details here!
Pangu's Silence Signifies Something
Among the group of hackers who tried to cracked the hard nut Apple iOS 10.2 operating system, only Luca Todesco has managed to release a jailbreak tool. However, according to Forbes, this tool is seems to be unstable because it's still remains in the beta stage not to mention the bugs it goes with.
For this reason, most people have not decided to risk their jailbroken phones and stay to their cracked old operating system which means they trust Pangu more than they do with the Yalu jailbreak tool of Luca Todesco. Although many people have taken the plunge and update their devices to iOS 10, most iOS users stayed with iOS 9 that was jailbroken by Pangu.
Since Luca Todesco have been hounded by the users these days because of the unstable jailbreak tool, the hacker has reportedly stopped working on the said tool leaving out iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus. However, the Chinese group of hackers have been silent now lately but rumors suggest that Pangu is likely brewing up something like a stable iOS 10.2 jailbreak tool for the latest iPhone.
List of Devices Where iOS 10.2 Jailbreak Tool Works
For the meantime, iPhone 7 is considered to be harder to crack. While waiting for Pangu's more stable iOS 10.2 jailbreak tool, Luca Todesco's Yalu tool is working on iPhone 6, iPhone 6S Plus, iPhone SE and iPad Pro according to BGR.
The Yalu tool involves little technical knowledge but it's not as messy as everyone is expecting. The user need to download the files into the computer where the device is connected and use iTunes to install the Yalu app to complete the jailbreak process.
