They are responsible for managing career fairs and can even offer advice when writing cover letters. Find out the schedules for job fairs, on-campus interviews and career fairs at your local career services center this February.
Write a killer cover letter
Employers want to know what you can do for them and not the other way around, as reported by The DA Online. Make sure to customize every letter to the specific job. Recruiters are looking for candidates who has skills that align with the job and company.

Make an epic resume
The resume should scream "Hire me!" This is important because recruiters only spend ten seconds or less for every resume. A tip would be, instead of writing "managing social media," write "managed Twitter, Facebook and Instagram accounts that increased traffic by 10 percent in three months" instead.

Recruiters often search for candidates online. Make sure that the primary picture is updated and there are no questionable photos. Managing the profile information, photos and privacy settings help.
