ZTE Blade V8 Lite: which devices were mentioned in CES?
According to Android Headlines, although there was no formal mention of ZTE Blade V8 Lite just yet, the company recently announced the ZTE Blade V8 and the Blade V8 Pro at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) earlier this month.
Having diverse variations of a smartphone is common practice and certainly a familiar concept with ZTE. They are known for bringing out a low-end, mid-range, and high-end models in the past, so the Blade V8 Lite, Blade V8, and Blade V8 Pro would fit the pattern nicely.
ZTE Blade V8 Lite leaks
Per Gizbot, the rumors say that the ZTE Blade V8 Lite has already received Wi-Fi certification from the Wi-Fi Alliance (WFA). In general, the certification process is done before the device is released and available for purchase. So that could be as early as February or March?
So what could it look like? There have been no leaked images as of writing. Although the device is speculated to have a 5.0-inch HD display with 1280 x 720 pixels. The ZTE Blade V8 Lite will most likely drop the dual camera feature and could sport a 5-megapixel or 8-megapixel rear camera. In addition, it is expected to use a Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 processor with 2GB of DDR3 RAM and 16GB of storage.
Also, the leak reveals that the rumored ZTE smartphone is expected to run on Android 7.0 Nougat (to be allowed for upgrade of course) with Dual SIM slots, and 4G LTE. Aside from tthis, are no other information revealed yet. ZTE has not given any other clues, so it would be safe to say that other detials are still being kept under wraps.
