It did not take long for Rockstar North's former head to spring back into game development as his company recently announced what its first game will be about. Leslie Benzies, who is still stuck in a lawsuit over "GTA V," announced the title of the first game of the new company he formed: "Everywhere."
According to Game Spot, "Everywhere" is nothing like "GTA V" as it is a game where players are basically allowed to do anything they want. Benzies said the players will be in control of how the tone would be set from the beginning.
Benzies also said based on his experience working on "GTA V," players are getting smarter as they grow older and are demanding more. As for where it will be available, he added the game would be released for PC and for various consoles, but he did not go into much detail which consoles.
Benzies has enlisted the help of people who developed "GTA V" like Matthew Smith. Smith also commented on "Everywhere" by saying it is a game that gives players the freedom to do whatever they want in their world without anybody stopping them. They are also aiming to have a variety of game modes so that players would not get tired of the game that easily.
In related news, "GTA V" has once again claimed its spot at the top of the UK boxed chart. The most amazing part about it this is that it happened despite the fact that it was released three and a half years ago. Another remarkable accomplishment by the game is that it is already in its the third streak being in this month's Top 5 chart. It was No. 1 in 2015 and No. 3 in 2016, as reported by Games Industry.
