"Black Desert Online" is expecting an expansion to drop really soon. Also the game is coming to mobile platforms. Here's the latest updates about Pearl Abyss' Action Fantasy MMORPG, "Black Desert Online".

"Black Desert Online" comes to mobile and new awakening

According to MMORPG.com, Daeil Kim, the "Black Desert Online" game director, disclosed some engaging plans for the game. Currently, all Awakenings have been positioned in Korea and in Western markets, so the team is thinking about a second Awakening for each class. This could come as early as this year.

Also "Black Desert Online" will be coming to mobile devices and the company is very much excited for this different experience it will give players, compared to the online version. Console versions are also being considered, although no further updates on cross-platform play and no release window was cited.

The new expansion will be providing new treasure-filled sea areas and a new harbor that connects to a new territory. In addition, the Margoria expansion will also introduce underwater monster hunting, ship construction, over 100 new quests, and guild-versus-guild naval combat. To keep its players updated, the game's official site released an update that it will be undergoing scheduled regular maintenance for the following reasons:

The site also mentioned that patch Notes comprising of improvements and new features can be found on their forum after the said maintenance.
