The popular mobile game Neko Atsume is indeed a hit for cat lovers everywhere. Now, the Neko Atsume live-action movie trailer was just released. Know what the game's fans are saying about it.
Although in Japanese, the 30-second trailer is somewhat easy to understand. Per Polygon, a young man named Katsu Sakumoto (by Atsushi Itô) is hired to take care of a local house where dozens of cats come to hang out. During his time at the residence, he meets a girl who possibly works at a local pet store, with whom he has numerous awkward encounters with (via A.V. Club).

Neko Atsume live-action movie: does it need more cats?
The game's Wikipedia page says there are a total of 59 cats to collect. Do you think the movie needs as many as that? Who wouldn't want to see the rare cats Lady Meow Meow (Lady Gaga), Billy the Kitten (Billy the Kid), and Señor Don Gato (Don Carlos) in the movie, right?
"House of Neko Atsume." will be released in Japan on April 8. Although there is no word yet it the movie will be have an international release.
