Nokia fans are now excited for the big reveal that Nokia will be making on the Mobile World Congress at the Mobile World Capital Barcelona next week. Nokia's new handset Nokia P1 is believed to be announced during the event. Many believed that it will define the company's big comeback in the mobile industry.

Reports noted that HMD Global, the newly established company in charge of developing and marketing Nokia Androids alongside Nokia has already confirmed their presence during the event, Phone Arena reported. What is more exciting to fans is also the confirmed presence of Foxconn, which is in charge of manufacturing Nokia's new handsets.

Foxconn has just recently bought Sharp last year and speculations are strong that Nokia P1 will perhaps be a Sharp phone. A comprehensive leak of what may be the Nokia P1 has been rounding online when it was first spotted on a Russian website.

Although the website has not provided detailed information about the phone, many are speculating that Nokia P1 will have a 5.3-inch 1920 x 1080 pixel Sharp screen with IGZO technology, Digital Trends reported. The source added that an IGZO technology produces smoother images and video while using less power.

Adding to the rumor mill is Nokia P1 sporting a 22-megapixel camera with a fingerprint sensor. It is also an IP57 certified, meaning the phone is protected from the amount of dust that may interfere with the operation of the equipment and has protection against water immersion. Reports added that Nokia P1 will apparently get a performance boost with a Snapdragon 835 processor and 6 GB of RAM, plus Android 7.0 Nougat with internal memory of either 128 GB or 256 GB.

Leaked information of its features also include a 3, 500mAh battery, a MicroSD card slot, a selfie cam, and the usual connectivity options. Nokia fans will have to save a lot from this moment on for it will cost roughly $800 and may reach $950 based on the top-specification model.
