There are still a few more days before fans can get their hands on "Resident Evil 7." Early copies of the game, however, have made its way to some countries (in the Middle East, specifically) and of course, players didn't waste time on completing it -- and you know what that means. Spoilers about the ending have started leaking online.
Screenshots from the ending of "Resident Evil 7" first appeared on internet imageboard 4chan last weekend, Eurogamer reported. Fortunately -- or unfortunately, depending on your point of view -- the images kept getting taken down.
The "Resident Evil 7" ending screenshots were posted on the game's Reddit page but they have been removed. For those of you who have no problem with spoilers, you can just read user comments on the thread and take whatever info you can get there. The story synopsis, on the other hand, can be read here.
The full trophy list for "Resident Evil 7" also leaked online. You can check out the full list on NeoGAF. There are 11 hidden trophies to find aside from the ones in the list.
The list includes Nice Try (Bronze) for placing an unrelated object on a shadow plinth, Less Is More (Silver) for killing two or more enemies using a single shot, Just Get Me Outta Here (Gold) for finishing the game within four hours, Resource Manager (Gold) for completing the game without opening the Item Box more than three times and Biosplattered (Platinum) for unlocking all "Resident Evil 7" trophies. There's also the Open Your Eyes (Bronze) trophy for using psychostimulants and He's Here, There, Everywhere! (Bronze) for wrecking a Mr. Everywhere statuette.
"Resident Evil 7" will have three different DLC releases that will come out before 2017 ends. One of them is the free DLC named "Not a Hero," which is a short story setup that stands alone from Ethan, the main game's lead character, according to Japanese news outlet Famitsu (as translated by Gematsu). "Not a Hero" will be released by Capcom in the spring.
The "Resident Evil 7" season pass is worth $29.99, Game Rant reported. It contains Banned Footage Vol. 1 ("Nightmare," "Bedroom" and "Ethan Must Die") and Banned Footage Vol. 2 ("21," "Daughters" and "Jack's 55th Birthday"). There's also an additional story episode.
"Resident Evil 7" will be released worldwide on Tuesday, Jan. 24. The game launches on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. What do you think of the game so far? Share your thoughts below!
