As the New Year kicks off, fans and avid gamers alike are now tuning in on the latest triple-A games that will be released in the early months of 2017. As such, these same fans have their sights locked in on the upcoming "Mass Effect: Andromeda," the latest installment to the highly-acclaimed franchise. It was also reported that a representative from BioWare has announced that the game will not be having a Season Pass. Moreover, the game was said to be coming to Origin Access being made available for early trial, according to sources.

It was previously reported that fans have already seen some gameplay footage for "Mass Effect: Andromeda," which was released last month, University Herald noted. It was stated therein that BioWare decided to unveil a new gameplay trailer during The Game Awards 2016, which was held on the first day of December. The company noticed that fans weren't able to witness the game in action.

From the looks of things, it seems that fans are now just waiting for the release of the highly-anticipated game, "Mass Effect: Andromeda." In just a few months, these same fans will be able to grab hold of the game and experience for themselves the things they've seen from all the footage that the developers have released.

That being said, some have been wondering as to whether or not "Mass Effect: Andromeda" will be having a Season Pass, which as it turns out it won't, Gamerant reported. It was stated therein that BioWare's general manager, Aaryn Flynn, replied to an inquiry by one of their fans as to whether they will be releasing a Season Pass for the game. Flynn responded via a tweet by simply saying, "nope."

On top of this, fans can expect an early trial for "Mass Effect: Andromeda" on Origin Access, WWG learned. It stated therein that Michael Gamble, who is part of the team at BioWare, has confirmed via a tweet that PC players will get a chance to play the game via Origin Access trial.

"Mass Effect: Andromeda" will be released on March 21 for the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.
