iPad Pro 2 News: iPad Pro 2 To Sport 10-Inch Screen Size, Device To Bring Down Surface Pro 4 [VIDEO]
ByWith a new iPad models incoming in 2017 with different screen sizes, reports are claiming that while Apple Inc. will be refreshing the 12.9-inch iPad Pro, it will also be introducing brand new iPad models that will be fitted in the smaller screen. Wherein, the new iPad Pro 2 high-end model is ready to go head to head with the Microsoft's powerful Surface Pro 4.
A new report from analyst Ming-Chi Kuo claimed that the new iPad Pro 2 will come along with a narrow bezel design, in order to make the device extremely attractive for the tech fans. Given the fact that the gadgets have toned down its popularity in the last months, the new iPad Pro will have a low-priced option, and reports are suggesting that it could be the 9.7-inch screen size variant, according to WCCF Tech.
Kuo's expectations last August from the mid-size model of the new iPad Pro was a more definite 10.5-inches, which makes it something surprising considering the fact that the Cupertino based tech company will use the size. In spite of that, 2017 is expected to be the resurrection of the tech giant's tablet with the new iPad Pro, and tech enthusiasts are expecting the best specs and features from a device that innovated the tech market years ago, Mac Rumors reported.
The upcoming iPad Pro 2 will have the specs that will make a direct conflict with Microsoft's powerful Surface Pro 4. The device will have 2,736x1824 pixel resolution with 267 ppi, 5MP front camera, 8MP rear camera and a 4GB of RAM.
Nevertheless, there is one particular feature that the Surface Pro 4 has and Apple's tablet does not, the iPad Pro 2 series is said to ditch the headphone jack. But, the iPad Pro 2 could get an edge with its iOS 10.3 Theater mode, and the seamless home button with a fingerprint scanner.
