ZTE Axon 7 is a smartphone killer packed with high-end technical specifications.
Better optics department
ZTE Axon 7 and OnePlus 3 optics both pack OIS software and PDAF but ZTE wins with 20 MP sensor mounted on its rear whereas OnePlus 3 gets 16 MP sensor. The two flagships have 8 MP selfie shooter and are able to shoot video 2160p@30fps.
Bigger battery capacity
Another thing to consider ZTE Axon 7, a better choice than OnePlus 3, is that the fact it's equipped with bigger battery capacity. It's got 3250 mAh whilst OnePlus 3 packs lesser with 3000 mAh.
What's even better with Axon 7 is the fast-charging feature that enables the handset to charge 83 percent for 30 minutes using Quick Charge 3.0 technology. For OnePlus 3, 30 minutes of charging fills up only 60 percent of the battery, as listed in GSM Arena.
Memory expansion
Axon 7 internal memory rocks 64 GB of space with 4GB of RAM on board. The storage is expandable up to 256 GB via MicroSD. OnePlus 3 packs bigger RAM and the same internal storage but apparently users will only get limited storage as it's shipped without the feature.
Better native picture quality
Both OnePlus 3 and Axon 7 sport 5.5-inch display but the latter has better screen resolutions (1440 x 2560 pixels and 538 ppi pixel density - making the screen view more pleasing to the eye.
Daydream compatible
After Moto Z, Google added a few more lists of devices compatible with its Daydream VR, including Axon 7. It makes the flagship comparable to Huawei's Mate 9 Pro and Asus' Zenfone AR, while being the cheapest of them all, CNET has learned.
Budget smartphone with great design
If there is one thing that ZTE Axon 7 could win, that would be the inexpensive trait. While it is way more affordable than iPhone 7, it has a premium design that's sleek and thin with metal unibody.
