Huawei's newest smartphone is perking up again the curiosity of fans and consumers lately, as speculations rounding online boasts of its wireless charging, curved screen and a front-facing fingerprint scanner. Huawei P10, based on reports will be a handset with top-tier specs.

Huawei smartphones are now widely sought after it dished out smartphones like Huawei P9, which combined high-end specs with an innovative camera, and low price. Reports claimed that Huawei P10 could be a little expensive but it may undercut rivals, Tech Radar reported.

Speculations of its release date could be in April 2017 basing on past release dates of Huawei's P8 and P9, which were both released on the months of April. Whatever month of release it will be, everyone will be seeing P10 this year since it was confirmed by Huawei's marketing director for sub-Saharan Africa, Hawa Hyath that it will be the focus of the company.

Hottest leaks about the phone are circulating online specifically the 5.5.-inch curved screen it implores, much like the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge, and the company's own Huawei Mate 9 Porsche Design. However, reports also added that based on the leaked image on Weibo, fans might be seeing two variants of the phone's screen, as Weibo also shared a flat model.

One major highlight of Huawei P10 comparing it to its predecessor P9 could be its placement of the finger print scanner that is now embedded below the screen, just like the front-facing scanner of Huawei Mate 9 Porsche Design. Although it is not yet confirmed but GS Marena reported that Huawe P10 has fast and wireless charging ability and this could be the first for Huawei.

Since the dual-camera was a standout feature of Huawe P9, it could well be placed to Huawe P10 as well, with a 12MP rear camera and an 8MP front-facing one. The battery is seen to be 3500mAh.

When it comes to OS and power, reports claimed a 6GB of RAM, a powerful Kirin 960 processor, and up to 256GB storage.With this new development of Huawei seizing again the rumor mill with its latest smartphone boasting top-tier specs, there is no doubt that P10 is a must see, as well as a must have this year.
