Apple is rumored to equip iPhone 8 with Dual-Lens 3D Camera

While dual-camera phone is likely to be a golden standard in 2017, Apple could come up with another benchmark for a smartphone camera.

It has been reported that the tech giant will ship iPhone 8 with dual-lens 3D camera, DailyMail reported. The optic technology allows the premium handset to view augmented reality in real time.

The iPhone 7 camera is not the best in town, according to Forbes after DxOMark Mobile said so. The new 3D optic is expected to have the benefits in capturing more details in a picture.

The new camera module might as well compromise iPhone 8 design, especially when Apple is constantly thirsty of thinner devices.
