Microsoft Surface Phone could rock a 5.7-inch display and a Snapdragon 835 chipset
The rumors have been consistent in pointing out the configurations. Previous reports hint at three Surface Phone models that will rock Snapdragon 835 chip under the hood.
The 5.7-inch smartphone is said to consume low power and perform efficiently with the use of Windows 10 operating system. Express has speculated that Surface Phone might come out as a hybrid device with 20 MP Carl Zeizz lens module and 2K resolution.
There are several leaks that imply a new screen display, an OLED panel with fingerprint reader module. Microsoft could bring the biometric security to Surface Phone as it is one of the golden standards in today's smartphone.
The fact that Microsoft is trying fix the wrongs in Windows Phone, could be a solid reason that Surface Phone will be enhanced with the latest components and features to date. Windows Report has learned from a leak that there will be a 4GB RAM and 6 GB RAM models.
This, however, does not corroborate the other sources that claim three variants of Surface Phone ready for next year's release. Regardless of the supposed models and specs, the Surface Phone will be a business-centric device made to enhance multitasking experience.
The smartphone will be able to work seamlessly with other Surface devices and get things done like a PC. This also means that the future device will be Continuum - with more ways to use the phone and connect.
