Sony still retains the design of Xperia XA for its successor. A recent leak suggests that the almost bezel-less device is sleek and ergonomic.

Sony Xperia XA Successor Specs Leaked

A new rendered image of alleged next-gen Xperia XA has swirled around the web. The image shows off Sony's 'boxy' phone design from the front side. It is seen sporting USB type C port and a 3.5 mm headphone jack.

The outward appearance is sleek and elegant in black color but judging from the picture, there won't likely be any change from its previous design. What's attractive about Xperia XA successor, is the almost bezel-less display that makes the screen look wider than ever.

Along with the rendered image, Slashleaks reported a 5-inch device that measures 145 x 66.8 x 7.99 mm is believed to be Sony Xperia XA successor.

Sony Xperia XA rocks a 2GB RAM and the successor is expected to have a bigger space than that. There is no word on the specs detail but the upcoming Xperia should be getting better optics than the previous pairing 13MP - 8MP cameras.

The previous leak of Sony smartphone was when a Snapdragon 820 chip was spotted in an alleged Xperia handset along with the model numbers and two screen variants: 5.2 inches and 5.5 inches according to Ubergizmo.

Sony has been ambitious in bringing the trend to the table. The smartphone maker has previously rolled out Sony Concept for Android to Xperia X that allows the device to experience Android Nougat.
